About the event
…For it Finally Begins to Live is a recital by Ethan De Souza and Jade Jacques. This new music event features works written for the flute and percussion including drums, marimba, vibraphone, and more! They have performed for two years as students together at the University of Alberta and now are continuing their duo project as working musicians. In March of 2026, they presented the Canadian Premiere of Zachery Meier’s “...For It Finally Begins to Live”, which is the title piece of this performance. This is an event for all ages and audiences interested in non-popular, new classical music!
Seating is first-come, first-served, General Admission.
